1. How do i find the product i'm looking for?
If you need help finding a product, use our product search at the top of any page. Simply enter either keyword(s) or a product number in the search box and click on the magnifying glass icon. The results of your search will be displayed on the page, with links to particular products or groups of products. You can then refine your search by selecting the various categories in the left hand side of the page displaying your search results; for example Category, Price Range or even Color. 

Search Tips:
Make sure you spell search words correctly, this will allow for more accurate results
Use multiple words to find specific types of products, such as "running shoes". Then you can refine that to a specific color or price range.

2. How do I add products to my cart?
To add products to your shopping cart, follow these simple steps:Before adding a product to your shopping cart from the product page, it may be necessary to choose a “size” and/or “color” for the product you want to purchase. Click on the desired color from the available options
Choose a “quantity” in the field provided
Click the “add to cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart

3. How do I make changes to my cart?
Before going to Checkout, you can make the following changes in your shopping cart if you need to:
Update the quantity beside each item using the '-' or '+' options provided.
Remove a product from your Shopping Cart. To remove a product, click on 'Delete' on the left of the product, or change the quantity to zero.
Return to shopping. If you want to continue shopping, you can use the shopping cart to store products you want to purchase. Click “continue shopping” to search the site for additional products. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top of any page.

4. How do I checkout?
Our simple checkout process is designed to help you complete your order and finalize your online shopping visit quickly and easily. If you have already registered your e-mail address with starthreesixty.com, or created an account at our online shop before, you can use your e-mail address to login. Otherwise, you can check out as a guest or create an account. Having an account will give you access to handy features such as the address book and your personal order history.

The first two steps of the checkout ask for your delivery and billing address. If your billing address is the same as your delivery address, simply check the checkbox and the billing address will be filled out automatically. If you are a registered customer and have stored an address during previous checkouts, you can also use the address book to select this address.

Next up is the payment information. You can pay with either your Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card. Once you have entered all your data on this page and clicked continue, you will be directed to enter an One-time Password (OTP) pin that will be sent to your mobile number. Once you have entered this pin on the site, and if your payment details have been verified, your order will be confirmed. Money will only be taken from your account once an order has been confirmed on the site. Please note that to ensure the safety of your data, your debit- or credit card data will not be stored on our systems.

From this point on, if you have registered with the starthreesixty.com online shop, you will be able to track your order status from your account.

5. Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone at this moment.

6. How can I be notified of the latest discounts and promotions?
You can sign up for our newsletter for our exclusives by entering your email address in the sign-up box located at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can get the latest updates by following us on our different social media platforms.

7. Can I still change my address, or cancel my order, after the order is confirmed?
Unfortunately, your order is passed on to our warehouse for processing immediately after you check out. Please check your address carefully before you proceed with the checkout.

8. What is your shipping and delivery policy?

9. What is your return policy?

10. What is your refund policy?

11. I have received an incorrect/missing/defective item in my order. What should I do now?
If you have received an incorrect/ missing / defective product, please email our customer service advisors at Support@360shoes.Com and let the representative know the details of your order. They are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. They will then assist you further.

12. How do I opt-out from receiving any marketing/promotional communication?
You can opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe button located in the footer of the site.

13. I'm a STAR VIP member. Can I use my member points and previleges on the website?
Unfortunately at this point, STAR VIP previleges are not valid on the website. 

You can request for an exchange on your item purchased with us within 14 days upon your order confirmation. All you need to is to click the “contact us” tab and fill in the form and customer representative will get back to you within 3 working days.
Items returned must be in their original condition with tags intact and without having been worn.
All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, undamaged with the labels attached to it. Requests for returns for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
